Body Fit Training is progressive, results-driven group fitness with a bias towards strength training. BFT engaged us to create a small series of ultra-fast turnaround content featuring members who competed in Hyrox 2023 in Singapore.

We have worked with BFT on a retainer basis to create a series of content across several of their gyms in Singapore. We were excited when they invited us to work on a small batch of content to cover their presence at Singapore Hyrox 2023.
We were tasked with creating 3 reels, all portrait and similar length, as well as photo coverage of the event. Rather than just doing three generic hype reels, we decided to focus on three key aspects of BFT's presence and participation in the event:
- Performance
- Teamwork
- Members' Booth
This allowed us to create work that was both exciting/fun but also representative of the experience as a member of BFT at the event.
