The Row Space is Singapore's only indoor rowing gym, committed to enhancing Singapore's rowing culture through high-intensity, low-impact classes. This video was a part of a bigger project redesigning their website and populating it with up to date, professionally taken photos & videos.

UFIT is a team of experienced coaches and clinicians who provide an integrated health, fitness and sports community for people striving to achieve their personal goals. Steve, a client of UFIT, made plans to walk the Camino de Santiago, with a close friend. While preparing for the 30-day hike, his friend ran into severe health complications that meant Steve had to totally rethink his motivation for the grueling training and eventual hike he had set himself up for.

UFIT is a team of experienced coaches and clinicians who provide an integrated health, fitness and sports community for people striving to achieve their personal goals. Charlotte first started going to UFIT to work on her general strength and conditioning. Not so much a fan of endurance or running in general, she was surprised when her personal trainer, Terri Forward, asked her to join in on some long distance running. Some months and a personalised workout regime later, she had her eyes set on a half-marathon.
