UFIT

UFIT is a team of experienced coaches and clinicians who provide an integrated health, fitness and sports community for people striving to achieve their personal goals. Steve, a client of UFIT, made plans to walk the Camino de Santiago, with a close friend. While preparing for the 30-day hike, his friend ran into severe health complications that meant Steve had to totally rethink his motivation for the grueling training and eventual hike he had set himself up for.
